ICIW Black Week starts on Thursday, November 20th!
We’ve gathered everything you need to know below so you can be ready and make the best purchases when the sale begins. If you have general questions about the order process, check out our FAQ for most of the answers.

When does ICIW Black Week start?
ICIW Black Week 2025 starts on Thursday, November 20th at 19:00. It runs until December 1st at 23:59.
When the sale is over, it’s over — so don’t miss your chance to make the most valuable purchases of the year!
What will be discounted during Black Week?
During Black Week, there will be 20–70% off EVERYTHING on the website. That means all products and all collections will be discounted up to 70%.
I’m shopping at ICIW for the first time, how are the sizes?
All products fit true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you’re unsure, check out our size guide on the product page.
How should I prepare?
The best thing you can do is plan ahead. We recommend browsing your favourites now so you’re ready to check out quickly once the sale starts.
Remember, many items sell out fast — when they’re gone, they’re gone!
PURCHASES AND RETURNS
Can I reserve products?
You can’t reserve products before making a purchase. Keep in mind that adding products to your cart doesn’t guarantee they’re yours — they’re only yours once the purchase is completed.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Due to high demand during Black Week, it may take up to 24 hours for your order confirmation to arrive. If your payment went through, the confirmation is on its way. Don’t forget to check your spam folder too.
How long does it take to get a response from customer service?
We know you might have questions during Black Week. Our amazing customer service team works long hours to answer as fast as possible.
Please remember this is one of the busiest weeks of the year, so responses may take a bit longer than usual — but don’t worry, we’re doing our best to get back to you quickly!
Can I change my order after purchase?
Once your order is placed, we can’t make any changes. This includes adding a discount code, changing colour or size, or updating your delivery address or shipping method.
Can I return products?
We’re extending the return period during Black Week until January 31st, 2026. You can read more about our return policy here.
DELIVERY
When will I receive my Black Week order?
Due to the high volume during Black Week, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We do everything we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If your order is trackable, you’ll find a tracking link in the email. Once your order has left our warehouse, we recommend contacting the selected carrier if you have questions about the delivery.
